The 2026 International Conference on Advanced Electronic Materials and Device Applications (AEMDA 2026), organized by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, will be held from July 17–19, 2026. The conference aims to provide an international platform for scholars, engineers, and industry professionals to present recent advances and exchange insights in electronic materials, device technologies, and emerging applications.
AEMDA 2026 will feature two main tracks focusing on electronic materials and fabrication as well as electronic devices and applications. Core themes include advances in semiconductor and emerging materials, progress in micro/nano fabrication, innovations in device design and modeling, and the development of circuits, sensors, photonic components, and smart electronic systems. The conference encourages cross-disciplinary discussion and highlights research that drives the evolution of next-generation electronic technologies.
The conference will bring together experts from academia and industry to foster collaboration, share innovative research outcomes, and explore technological trends that drive the development of next-generation electronic systems. Through keynote speeches, technical presentations, and networking activities, AEMDA 2026 aims to promote scientific exchange and advance global progress in advanced electronic materials and device applications.

All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by 2-3 experts in relevant fields. Acceptance will be based on the quality of the paper and satisfactory revisions in response to reviewers’ comments. Accepted papers, following proper registration and presentation, will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for indexing in EI Compendex and Scopus.
